Arra is a partner at Craft Ventures, leading investments in SaaS and marketplace companies. Prior to Craft, she was head of operations and strategy at BuildZoom (YC), a marketplace connecting homeowners with the most reliable contractors in their area. She was an early employee and managed business operations, finance, strategic partnerships, and customer success teams across the company’s three global offices in the US and the Philippines. She also executed data licensing partnerships with companies in various market segments such as insurance, real estate, and financial services as part of a new revenue channel for the company. Arra began her career at J.P. Morgan in investment banking. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University in Economics and Pre-Medicine.
