With more than a decade of experience working with companies spanning major global brands to early-stage startups, she has a passion for creating engaging programs that tell the stories – and shape the futures – of change-the-world companies. Before joining Craft, Caroline ran her own communications consultancy where she worked across categories spanning fintech, insurtech, healthtech, and AI, and supported several Craft portfolio companies. Prior to that, she was a Vice President running both B2B and B2C teams at LaunchSquad, a storytelling, PR, and content marketing agency.
