Chris has started and led the Government Relations and Public Affairs functions for 6 venture-backed companies, the most recent being Chime. A noted veteran in the tech policy space, Chris helped create and execute the launch plan for Lyft in over 72 cities, worked with regulators to understand the Zenefits value proposition, built support for the expansion of consumer and small business financial services at Square, created room for innovation among regulators to launch a new approach to telemedicine at Hims & Hers, and gathered broad support for the expansion of digital consumer banking at Chime. Chris brings more than 25 years experience shaping how elected officials, regulators, and policy influencers view a wide range of issues.
