Mikelle comes to Craft from Parker Remick, a top-tier executive search firm, where she was responsible for managing, executing, and securing executive-level engagements and partnering closely with tech startups and corporate CEO's and Founders across both enterprise and consumer sectors. Prior to Parker Remick, Mikelle was a Consultant at Morgan Samuels, where she focused on finance, marketing, and technology talent for public, private equity, and venture-backed growth organizations.
